The Alaska Journal of Commerec has a sibling site called Health in Alaska. Among other videos and news is this one on washing hands. The video has an interesting discussion of what and why. It also has a nice action shot of a girl thoroughly washing her hands (more than rubbing palms) and children coughing into their elbows. And, it’s easily viewable on dial-up from Bethel.
