ANCHORAGE – The 13TH ANNUAL ALASKA TRIBAL CONFERENCE on ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT (ATCEM) will be held at the downtown Marriott Hotel, 820 W. 7th Ave. This year’s theme is “HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT, HEALTHY PEOPLE.” Session Topics include: Planning and Preparing for Environmental Action, Outreach and Education: Getting Communities Involved, and Implementation: Hands on Demonstrations. Also included will be Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Indian General Assistance Program (IGAP) training.
